Abstract

MALDI

The PAL can be programmed to spot MALDI target plates with small volumes of either sample or matrix. The strategy described here involves two processes.

1. Spotting Matrix using the syringe needle to pick up multiple aliquots then multi-dispensing the spots onto the target. The macro used is called “Matrix Multi-dispense”
2. Spotting individual samples using disposable tips. The macro used is called “Sample Spotting”.
